We have been so impressed with our Keyzar experience, from top to bottom! Not only is my ring STUNNING, their customer service is amazing! The ring was a bit too big and we sent it in to be resized. They went above and beyond our request to have it back to us by a certain date so we could show family visiting and they got it back even quicker than we asked for. The ring looked immaculate once we got it back, couldn’t even tell it was resized! Excellent customer service team

For my 10 year wedding anniversary I was finally able to upgrade my wife's engagement ring from a 1/2 carat princess cut diamond to an absolutely gorgeous 3 carat oval cut that comes into the room before she does. It is a stunning ring, and the folks at Keyzar went over the top to help me make this happen. The days of conflict diamonds are over as these lab created diamonds are beautiful, and to the naked eye it is impossible to tell the difference! Do yourself a favor and get that lady in your life what she really wants, and pay 1/10th the cost!

The process of selecting a diamond and setting was very intuitive. Features of the diamond and ring were easy to compare and the ring was produced and shipped incredibly fast. Once shipped, the package moved swiftly from NY to NM and the packaging was beautiful. We do need a resize, and are hoping that process is as simple as ordering, but we’ve been very pleased so far.

Beautiful final piece! A bit intimidating with designing a custom piece and ultimately making a final decision. Paying attention to every detail was key before submitting the order. UPDATE: After writing this review the Keyzar Support team reached out to me very quickly. They have since taken the ring in for repair. They have provided stellar communication throughout this entire process and provided me with exact specifications of alterations and repairs made. Customer support is phenomenal. The ring and the stone are perfect. However, its only been 3 months since I've proposed and the prongs already need to be re tightened. I spent a lot of money to have it need maintenance like this so prematurely.

I have my eye on a few more bands for my ring stack!! Edit: i took my ring to a trusted third party to be inspected and the jeweler couldn't even tell if it was lab or natural. Overall easy to use and the ring came out great. The only critique I have is the weeks in between placing the order and receiving the delivery was very quiet. This is nitpicking but 3-4 weeks without an update makes you a little nervous.
